Quick Flavorful Meals with Good Earth {Giveaway} CLOSED

As we all look for ways to cut back our spending, fine dining is becoming less and less frequent in any families. With busy lives, who really has the time (or energy) to prepare entrées that require hours to prepare? I know I sure don’t and normally opt for easier meals that are healthy and do not take much time to prepare and cook. Plus, since I am not a Chef I often run out of ideas for meals or inspiration to try and cook-up something new.
MyBlogSpark recently sent me a Good Earth Mediterranean Chicken dry dinner kit to try before it hit the shelves in stores!

While I will admit I am not much of a “box” cooker, I tend to prepare meals with fresh ingredients or create from family recipes. I was excited to try the Good Earth Mediterranean Chicken kit because I love chicken and it looked pretty simple to prepare. The meal looks scrumptious by the picture on the box. Not to mention, their are 100% whole grain, no trans fat, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives, no MSG!
It took about 25 minutes to prepare and 2 dirty pots. That alone was a plus for me because I normally dirty up a lot more for my family meals. Once cooked- it was enough to me me, my husband and our son. (Good thing the other kids were with grandma).
It was really good! I was really shocked that a meal in a box could be really good, but it was! I can’t wait to try the other flavors that are new, especially the Tuscan Chicken with penne pasta.
