Biodegradable Dental Floss

DrTung’s announced today they are now offering a biodegradable dental floss dispenser. Current dental floss containers can take up to 100 years to degrade with the new greener Smart Floss® becoming biomass within just 1 to 5 years. Wow, that is a huge difference!

Smart Floss® is already popular among the natural community and I imagine will sell even more now that they are offering a better product that is not only healthier for us but for the environment.

Smart Floss® is clinically proven to be up to 55% more effective in removing plaque than other leading floss types. It uses a natural flavoring and a combination of vegetable and bees wax, rather than the petrochemical waxes used by conventional supermarket and drugstore brands. The effectiveness – and name – comes from its ability to expand into interdental spaces during use.
